By accessing and using the Strata platform and creating or joining workspaces, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.

Strata is a multi-tenant workspace management platform for Roblox groups. Users can create and manage unlimited workspaces, each representing a different Roblox group. Each workspace is fully isolated and operates independently with its own data, settings, and permissions.

The platform is provided by Coreline and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

To use Strata, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (per Roblox's terms)
• Have a valid Roblox account
• Comply with all Roblox Community Standards and Terms of Service
• Not have been previously banned from the Strata platform
• Provide accurate information when creating workspaces

As a workspace owner or member, you agree to:

• Create workspaces only for legitimate Roblox groups you own or manage
• Not impersonate other groups or individuals
• Keep workspace information accurate and up-to-date
• Respect the permissions and data isolation of other workspaces
• Manage workspace access responsibly
• Not use workspaces for illegal activities or to violate Roblox's terms

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate group management purposes
• Keep your Roblox account credentials secure
• Not share your access with unauthorized individuals
• Not attempt to access areas beyond your permission level
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or data isolation
• Respect the privacy and permissions of other users and workspaces
• Report security issues or bugs to the platform administrators

You may not:

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass authentication or authorization
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
• Share sensitive information outside authorized channels
• Impersonate other users, groups, or workspace owners
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation
• Access or attempt to access data from other workspaces
• Create fake workspaces or fraudulent groups
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Each workspace operates independently with complete data isolation. Workspace owners are responsible for:

• Managing access to their workspace data
• Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws
• Protecting sensitive information within their workspace
• Understanding that workspace data is not shared across workspaces
• Maintaining the confidentiality of workspace information

Your access to the platform or specific workspaces may be revoked immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You violate Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Platform administrators determine termination is necessary for security
• Your Roblox account is terminated or banned
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Workspace owners revoke your access to their workspace

Workspace owners may delete their workspaces at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Strata platform are owned by Coreline and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission. Workspace owners retain rights to their workspace data and content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Strata platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Each workspace is the responsibility of its owner.

Limitation of Liability

Coreline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for their own workspace management and any issues arising from their workspace.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate channels.
