Strata is a multi-tenant workspace management platform. By using this platform and accessing workspaces, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

When you authenticate with Roblox, we collect:

• Your Roblox username and user ID
• Your group membership status in connected Roblox groups
• Your rank within connected Roblox groups
• Your display name and profile information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your access to the workspace
• Determine your permissions based on your group rank
• Display your username and rank in the interface
• Control access to features based on your role

Session data is stored temporarily in encrypted HTTP-only cookies on your device. We do not store personal data in any external database. Session cookies expire after 7 days or when you log out.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely for authentication and authorization within this workspace.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all communications
• HTTP-only cookies to prevent XSS attacks
• PKCE-secured OAuth 2.0 flow
• Server-side session validation

You have the right to:

• Access your data (view your session information)
• Delete your data (logout to clear your session)
• Withdraw consent (stop using the workspace)

This platform is intended for users who are 13 years or older, in compliance with Roblox's terms of service.
